Основні факти життя:Народження: 9 березня 1814 р. у селі Моринці на Черкащині в родині кріпаків.Дитинство: Рано осиротів (мати померла в 9 років, батько — в 11). Наймитував у дяків-малярів.Викуп з кріпацтва: У 1838 р. Карл Брюллов та інші діячі культури викупили його з кріпацтва за 2500 рублів.Навчання та творчість: Навчався в Петербурзькій академії мистецтв. У 1840 р. вийшла перша збірка «Кобзар».Заслання: У 1847 р. за участь у Кирило-Мефодіївському братстві та сатиричні поеми засланий рядовим в солдати з забороною писати й малювати.Останні роки: Повернувся із заслання хворим у 1857 р. У 1860 р. отримав звання Академіка гравіювання.Смерть: Помер 10 березня 1861 р. у Петербурзі, пізніше перепохований у Каневі на Чернечій горі.Шевченко вивів українську літературу на новий рівень реалізму, а його творчість стала основою сучасної української мови.

How many photos can I upload?
